Minimum requirements for a driver: Twenty-five (25) years of age for all groups of vehicles. Each driver must have held a valid driving license for at least three (3) years.
Maximum requirements for a driver: Seventy (70) years of age. Drivers between 71 – 75 years old should produce a Doctor’s Certificate confirming they are well enough to drive in Barbados.
A charge of US $2.50 per day will be applied to each rental contract, with a maximum of seven (7) days. The Levy is capped at 7 days with a maximum payable amount per rental of US $17.50.
Clients are asked to return the tank with the same amount of petrol as given on delivery.
Clients are asked to contact the office no later than 24 hours prior to the return date of the vehicle. Extensions are subject to availability.
Clients are asked to contact the office as soon as possible to cancel the rental.
US $20.00 Administrative fee will be charged on ALL refunds.
Unlimited Mileage is included in the rental rate so feel free to venture the island all day every day!
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
A Client is required to purchase the optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Plan which waives partial responsibility for vehicle damage resulting from a collision. CDW does NOT cover damage to Tyres or Rims, internal accessories, or upholstery. Damage to or loss of Rims, Tyres, Accessories, or Upholstery is the responsibility of the Client. CDW is not insurance. Pre-authorization of US$1,250 will be placed on the Client’s credit card, which will be released by the Client’s financial institution at the end of the hire.
Fully Comprehensive Insurance
All vehicles are comprehensively insured (which includes third-party liability and theft). If the vehicle is damaged the Client is responsible for the deductible of US$1,250. The basic insurance does NOT cover damages to tyres/rims, hub caps, windshields, interior damage, and lost/damaged of keys. Roadside/Accident Assistance is free.
Credit Card Collision Coverage
We do not accept Credit Card Collision Coverage from third-party insurance companies, credit card companies, banking institutions, and Internet Websites.
Arrivals after 9:00 PM will not be met at the airport. Kindly contact our office (+1 246 228 4141) after 8:00 AM the following morning to reschedule your new delivery time.
All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking. The Client will be charged US $300.00 for the cost of a valet clean on the return of the vehicle with an odor or excessive debris.
